What we collect
When you use The Kech Edit to generate an itinerary, we collect:
- Your email address — to send you the itinerary. That is the only reason we have it.
- Your form answers — travel dates, budget range, group size, interests, accommodation type. These are used to generate your itinerary. They are not linked to your identity beyond the session.
We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details, or anything else.
What we do with your email
We send your itinerary to the address you provided. Nothing else. Your email is not added to a newsletter. You will not receive follow-up marketing from us. We do not retain your email address after delivery.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — which pages they visit, where they come from, what device they use. This data is anonymized and aggregated. We do not receive your name or email address through Google Analytics.
You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
We use functional cookies (required for the site to work) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting cookies of any kind.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your email with third parties.
- We do not use your data to profile you for advertising.
- We do not silently add you to a mailing list.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact form.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you also have rights under the GDPR and may contact your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data in a material way, we will update this page. The date at the bottom of this page reflects the current version.
